Key Responsibilities- To work as an autonomous professional, assessing, implementing, and evaluating programs of person-centered care within a multi-disciplinary team.
- To demonstrate clinical, technical, and research skills through breadth and depth of knowledge.
- To liaise with internal and external professionals, family members, and individuals receiving support.
- Experience in management of dysphagia.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and outcome measures.
- Able to work autonomously and set own priorities.
- Ability to confidently assess and manage risk in relation to physical performance.
- Awareness of current legislation and professional ethics and their application in practice.
We offer a competitive salary of £43,585 - £49,119 per annum DOE, depending on experience.
