Job Title: Project Planning Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Planning Coordinator to join our team at Microlise. As a key member of our Field Engineering and Programme Management teams, you will play a vital role in supporting the needs of our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with other departments to progress orders, installations, and service tasks
* Ensure internal business systems are up-to-date with accurate information
* Take ownership of the complete order delivery process and scheduling process from start to finish
* Ensure all work scheduled for our Field Engineers meets the agreed working parameters
* Guarantee all known reasonable adjustments are kept confidential and data protection compliance is adhered to
* Escalate any issues or risks having a significant impact on invoicing or SLA

Requirements:

* Demonstrable experience in a customer-focused role with strong organizational and administration skills
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and the ability to build first-rate working relationships
* Target-driven with previous experience working to deadlines and service level agreements
* Proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
* Calm under pressure and able to handle fast-paced environments
