Job Title: Senior Technical Delivery Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Delivery Manager to join our team at RAPP. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our content analytics service, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of our content analytics service, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and requirements, ensuring that our delivery meets their expectations.
  • Collaborate with our product management team to define and prioritize project requirements, ensuring that our delivery aligns with business objectives.
  • Manage and prioritize the workload of our technical teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, product managers, and technical leads.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that our delivery is always on track to meet our commitments.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that our delivery processes are always optimized for success.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of technology experience, with 5+ years working in Marketing Technology.
  • Strong experience in Technical/Functional design and Solutions Architecture.
  • Experience with working with data science methodologies and approaches.
  • Experience with delivery of strategic analytics project working with complex datasets.
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Experience working with offshore teams.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging project management software solutions to manage both waterfall and agile projects.
  • Demonstrated experience of working with Marketing Technology solutions with a focus on data solutions.
  • Experience working with Cloud Platforms AWS, Azure or GCP, and associated key concepts such as Cloud-First applications and Infrastructure as Code.
