About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled District Sales Manager to join our team in London, UK. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for building and coaching a team of Territory Account Executives to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, manage, and develop a quota-achieving sales team
  • Attract and retain elite Account Executive talent
  • Coach a team to run effective discovery meetings, live demos, and craft a bespoke solution to restaurateurs using Toast's varied tech offerings
  • Innovate and execute on a go-to-market strategy to develop demand within the local marketplace
  • Manage partnerships with other tech providers to generate referral demand
  • Leverage Salesforce to track, audit, and influence the business
  • Partner with our Onboarding and Care team leaders to deliver a world-class customer experience
  • Help build the foundations for our internal processes in international markets
Requirements
  • 3+ years of outside sales management experience with complex hardware and software solutions
  • Demonstrated sales management experience selling into areas with limited or no market penetration
  • Able to perform well under pressure, and can demonstrate the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce CRM
