At Clear Ventures, we're building a restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt, take control, and thrive. As a District Field Sales Manager, you'll be a key player in this journey, leading a team of Territory Account Executives to transform the way restaurants operate.

As a player/coach, you'll work closely with your sales team to understand a restaurant's unique needs and develop a customized solution that drives their business forward. We're looking for your passion and sales management expertise to help us build the Toast brand in your district.

This is a 100% remote opportunity with local travel. You'll be working with a talented team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Hiring, managing, and developing a quota-achieving sales team
  • Attracting and retaining elite Account Executive talent
  • Coaching a team to run effective discovery meetings, live demos, and craft a bespoke solution to restaurateurs using Toast's varied tech offerings
  • Innovating and executing on a go-to-market strategy to develop demand within the market
  • Managing partnerships with other tech providers to generate referral demand
  • Leveraging Salesforce to track, audit, and influence the business
  • Partnering with our Onboarding and Care team leaders to deliver a world-class customer experience
  • Leveraging knowledge of Toast's product and business to replicate success internationally
  • Helping build the foundations for our internal processes in international markets

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years of outside sales management experience with complex hardware and software solutions
  • Demonstrated sales management experience selling into areas with limited or no market penetration
  • Able to perform well under pressure, and can demonstrate the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce CRM
