Job DescriptionThis role involves working ad hoc hours, including days and nights, at our hospital in Taunton. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our service users, including producing comprehensive written reports and collaborating with the management team.
- Collaborating with the management team to develop and improve the service
- Attending training sessions and engaging in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to enhance your knowledge and skills
You will need:
- A current Pin Number as an RMN/RNLD
- The ability to maintain accurate documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity
- A strong understanding of the latest nursing practices and a commitment to patient recovery
**Salary:** £38,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
