RMN Mental Health Care Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RMN to join our team at one of our care homes. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to residents with mental health needs.
In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop tailored care plans, conduct risk assessments, and provide person-centered nursing care. Your expertise in mental health will enable residents to live fulfilling lives, meeting their needs and treating them with dignity and respect.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including free learning and development opportunities, automatic enrolment into our profit share scheme, and a generous holiday package.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop tailored care plans, taking into account individual resident needs and preferences
* Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to promote resident safety and well-being
* Provide person-centered nursing care, promoting independence and well-being
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery
Requirements:
* Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Mental Health)
* Good knowledge of clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia
* Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
* Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
