Location: Carlisle

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Entry level Salary: £27,583.92 with a potential to earn up to £30,841.20 in sleep in shifts. Experienced Salary: £28,129.92 with the potential to earn up to £31,387.20 in sleep in shifts.

Specific Hours: 42 hours per week - shift pattern on rotation.

We are seeking an experienced Residential Team Leader to join our services based in Carlisle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our young people.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our young people.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our young people at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a seamless service.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a residential care setting.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and be part of a rotating shift pattern.
