**MS Society is Seeking a Dynamic Policy and Evidence Leader**

MS Society is looking for an experienced and influential Head of Policy and Evidence to lead our policy, social research, and healthcare professional engagement activity. You will provide leadership and strategic direction, ensuring the Policy and Evidence team has clear priorities and a proactive approach.

  • Act as a senior spokesperson for our policy and evidence work, representing the MS Society at external meetings with various audiences.
  • Play a crucial role in championing impactful evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.
  • Have substantial experience supporting the development of issue-based influencing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the Policy and Evidence team to improve the lives of people affected by MS.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based policy and research strategies.
  • Represent the MS Society at external meetings and events.

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of securing policy change across a broad range of issues.
  • Substantial experience of influencing policymakers at a UK or national level.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
