About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Economic Growth and Infrastructure to lead our practice in this area. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects, managing teams, and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the economic growth and infrastructure practice, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and success
  • Manage and mentor a team of experts, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their expectations
  • Develop and manage project proposals, ensuring they are well-written, compelling, and meet the needs of clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our practice

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the international development consulting industry, ideally in a practice leadership or deputy leadership position
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Technical expertise in economic growth and infrastructure-related topics, with a strong understanding of the sector and its challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
