About the Role

We seek an experienced Director of Economic Growth and Infrastructure within our team. The role is responsible for overseeing large in-country teams, managing project portfolios worth millions, and growing our business through effective client relationships.

The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, thought leadership, and networking skills to our projects. They will work closely with our senior leadership team to drive strategy and business performance at Tetra Tech International Development Europe.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in international development consulting, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including communication, influencing, and negotiation.
  • Technical expertise in economic growth and infrastructure topics, with analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • A focus on delivering quality results, with successful delivery of overseas projects funded by major donors.
  • Business development expertise, with experience winning new contracts and driving the BD process.
  • Commercial acumen, with understanding of financial drivers at a project and corporate level.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and the right to work in the UK.
