Develop Your Skills in Sales Channel Development

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, a part of the BMW Group, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Channel Development Intern to join their team in Goodwood. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the corporate operations of a world-class automotive manufacturer.

About the Role

The Sales Channel Development team is responsible for establishing long-term plans to optimize global dealer coverage in all markets. They work closely with the five RRMC regional offices to maintain and monitor the Rolls-Royce defined retail standards, ensuring a healthy and profitable network willing to invest in the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate dealer development activities, including the supply of dealer contracts and progression through the systems set-up process.
  • Assess the viability of markets for new dealer presence, conducting full analysis and evaluation.
  • Act as a liaison point between the Sales Channel Development department and regions.
  • Manage changes to the network, ensuring an up-to-date global dealer database.
  • Provide key support to the wider Sales Channel Development team.

Requirements

  • Working towards a 2:2 degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or Business Management.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to multitask, support a variety of tasks, and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
