Business Continuity and Resilience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Continuity and Resilience Specialist to join our team at Janus Henderson Investors. This is a key role that will play a crucial part in ensuring the continuity of our business operations.
Job SummaryThe Business Continuity and Resilience Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Global Head of Business Resilience across all aspects of the Business Resilience program. This includes maintaining relationships with global offices, supporting key program components, and developing schedules and materials for training and awareness activities.
Main Responsibilities- Assist the Global Head of Business Resilience in maintaining relationships with global offices and ensuring the continuity of business operations.
- Support key Business Resilience program components, including Threat Analysis, Business Impact Analysis, and Continuity Planning.
- Develop schedules and materials for Business Resilience training and awareness activities.
- Administer standard materials used for client-facing activities, including due diligence packs and responses.
- Monitor industry and regulatory news and trends related to business resilience.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A good understanding of strategic business risks.
- Ability to develop a good understanding of Janus Henderson Investors' business and relate that knowledge to identified continuity and resilience approaches.
- Knowledge necessary to propose relevant continuity and risk responses to changing business risks and regulatory changes.
- Proven ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
