Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at We Support LTD. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities in our Supported Living Services in Winsford.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with a senior support worker and small team to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the people you support and their families.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in Supported Living or a related field.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work alternate weekends and flexible shifts.
  • GCSE or equivalent qualification (desirable).
