We are seeking a highly organised Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team within First Recruitment Services, located on the outskirts of Haywards Heath.

**Job Overview:**

This is a 6-month contract role, commencing early 2025, with potential for extension or permanence. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Administration Manager and Events Manager in planning, scheduling, and diary management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Preparing correspondence for meetings and taking minutes* Organising the day-to-day running of the office, reception duties, dealing with enquiries by phone and email* Invoicing and chasing payments / deposits* Working with committee members* Assisting clients with event management*

**Requirements:**

* Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment* Excellent written and verbal communications skills* Attention to detail with strong accuracy and numeracy skills* Pro-active approach and ability to work to deadlines* Positive 'can do' attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities* Knowledge of office administration systems including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint*

**Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
