We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our team at FBR Construction Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience in housing projects and be confident in managing trades.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be employed as a freelance Site Manager based in Devon. The day rate is negotiable between £250-£260 per day DOE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the programme set by the manager during the cover.
- Maintain health and safety.
- Oversee and manage trades.
- Report to senior management as and when needed.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. They should be well-organised, possess strong communication and leadership skills, and be able to hit the ground running.
