Site Manager - New Build Housing

Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager to work in the North Devon area for an award-winning housebuilder.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, delivery of the build programme, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure HSE compliance on site at all times, including NHBC standards and building regulations.
  2. Coordinate labour and sub-contractor resources to meet project deadlines.
  3. Conduct regular plot inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  4. Work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure the on-site Construction team is fully resourced and well-directed.
Requirements:
  1. At least 5 years' experience as a Site Manager in house building.
  2. Proven leadership skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  3. In-depth knowledge of traditional and modern construction methods.
  4. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certifications.
