Key Responsibilities:- Develop Yearly Meeting Strategy: Create a comprehensive meeting strategy aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and key business initiatives.
- Facilitate Meeting Content Alignment: Ensure all meeting content and agendas are aligned with the larger meeting strategy, supporting organizational goals and priorities.
- Partner with Brand Teams: Collaborate with brand teams to bring their vision and desired experiences to life for annual and launch meetings.
- Manage Meeting Budgets: Develop and manage budgets for internal meetings, including new sales training, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Oversee New Employee Onboarding: Manage and oversee the new employee onboarding experience.
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in a similar coordination or event management role.
- Event Planning Experience: 5 years of experience in event planning, meeting coordination, or project management.
- Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Meeting Management Knowledge: Knowledge of best practices in meeting management and internal communications.
