Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Grandir UK. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Nursery Managers and Operational teams across the UK network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our company's operations, information systems, and data security processes to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
  • Support and implement our overall recruitment strategy, focusing on the deployment of agency/temporary workers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including candidates, managers, and agencies.
  • Manage the Recruitment Inbox and ensure accurate recording of agency worker placements.
  • Conduct interviews, provide feedback, and liaise with internal clients to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
  • Update the recruitment SharePoint and applicant tracking system to ensure accurate reporting of candidate activity.
  • Facilitate or attend recruitment events to promote our brand and attract top talent.
  • Manage the AWR process to ensure compliance with legislation and maintain a safe and inclusive work environment.
  • Support the recruitment function and cover when other team members are absent.
