This role is fast-paced and requires excellent communication skills to interact daily with candidates. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including key tasks such as:
- Ensuring all applicants have a fair and positive experience.
- Completing and verifying recruitment pre-employment checks in accordance with NHS Employers Guidelines.
- Demonstrating a working knowledge of electronic systems, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with ESR and Trac systems is advantageous, as comprehensive training will be provided.
