About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Optimisation Specialist to join our team at TLP Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our Connected Services team, you will play a critical role in delivering projects that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Acceptance Testing: Ensure that all new Connected Services in the App are thoroughly tested and meet the highest standards of quality before launching to the market.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor, report, and provide recommendations based on data, analytics, and insights to measure performance and inform future phases of Connected Services.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to senior management and operational teams on Connected Services, including activation rates, pilot results, and other key metrics.
  • Data Access and Support: Support data access requests from across the business and provide timely responses to queries.
  • Operating Standards and Training: Support the coordination of Operating Standards results, review appeals, and develop training assets in partnership with our Training department.

  • Analytical Mindset: A curious and analytical approach to problem-solving, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing multiple projects with different timelines and stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools, with a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization.
