Hampshire County Council's Economy and Skills Team is seeking a highly motivated individual to play a key role in delivering our business support service and driving economic prosperity across Hampshire.

As a Strategic Growth Officer, you will assist in shaping the delivery and future development of our Growth Hub, including business development and event activities to generate new leads. You will build relationships with private and public sector organisations and commercial partners to realise Hampshire's economic vision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing regular reports on the performance of the Growth Hub and tracking progress against targets and key performance indicators.
  • Organising and participating in a busy events programme, requiring experience in report writing, project monitoring, and event administration.
