Strategic Growth Officer Role

Hampshire County Council is seeking a highly motivated individual to play a significant role in the delivery of our business support service (The Hampshire Growth Hub) and other business activities to boost economic prosperity across Hampshire.

As a Strategic Growth Officer, you will assist in shaping the delivery and future development of the Growth Hub, including business development and event activities to help support generating new leads for the team. The role will involve building relationships with a wide range of private and public sector organisations and commercial partners at a local, regional, and national level to realise Hampshire's economic vision.

The successful candidate will be expected to produce regular reports on the performance of the Growth Hub and help track progress against targets and other key performance indicators. Experience of report writing, project monitoring, and event administration is essential.
