Join Our Team as a Hearing Aid Dispenser Apprentice

At Veritas Hearing UK, we are committed to delivering exceptional audiological care to our clients. As a leading home visiting audiology service, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hearing Aid Dispenser Apprentice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced Audiologists in carrying out fittings and customer rehabilitation of hearing aids
  • Conduct follow-up appointments and service/repair calls
  • Refer customers to the Mentor Audiologist for upgrades
  • Participate in on-the-job and classroom-based training with De Montford University

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Achieve a Level 5 award in hearing aid dispensing
  • Register with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driving license required
  • GCSE Maths & English or equivalent

About the Apprenticeship:

The apprenticeship is a 24-month program that combines on-the-job training with classroom-based learning. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the field of hearing healthcare and become a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser.
