Topps Tiles, a leading provider of high-quality products and solutions within the House Builder Sector, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven House Builder Sales Manager to join our team in the Midlands area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive profitable sales growth and exceed budget targets by developing and nurturing business relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers' business needs and requirements, and present products and solutions in a structured and professional manner.
  • Identify decision makers within each customer/prospect account and develop strategic business-to-business relationships.
  • Provide local technical advisory support and be recognized as a resource to the customer base.
  • Monitor and self-assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action as needed, in line with objectives agreed upon with the House Builder Sales Director.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the house builder sector.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the house builder market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and business intelligence tools.
