Cover Supervision Specialist

Taught in a variety of schools across Southport, our Cover Supervisors play a vital role in supporting teachers and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Job Overview:- Serve as a substitute teacher, delivering high-quality lessons and managing classrooms effectively.
- Become an integral part of our team, collaborating with teachers, students, and school staff to achieve academic excellence.
- Demonstrate expertise in classroom management and lesson delivery.
- Effectively communicate with teachers, students, and other school staff to ensure a seamless transition.
- CACHE LEVEL 2/3 or 6 months experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with the Southport education system and ability to adapt to new environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
