Industrial Lubrication Specialist

Lubrication is a critical aspect of maintaining mechanical systems, and as an Industrial Lubrication Specialist at ADM, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage lubricant delivery, storage, and dispensation. You will create and manage routes for machinery re-lubrication and inspection, properly change and top-off oil in mechanical equipment, and collaborate with suppliers to select the right lubricants for industrial machinery.
You will also employ basic oil analysis techniques to identify abnormal lubricant degradation conditions and use standard techniques to adjust the lubricant specification accordingly. Additionally, you will manage lubricant testing and quality assurance, utilizing proper sampling procedures to ensure representative oil samples are taken consistently.
