Job Description
As a Nurse Care Specialist working within our packages of care, you will provide high-quality nursing care to clients with complex needs. You will work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams, under the oversight of our complex community nurse. A comprehensive care plan will be provided, outlining the client's needs and wishes. Your role will involve providing holistic, person-centred care, empowering clients to reach their full potential.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Registered Nurse Diploma/Degree with an active NMC Pin

- The ability to work self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, and compassionate
