Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

This is a remote position that requires a results-driven marketing professional to spearhead marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in the EdTech sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance-driven marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, competitor strategies, and emerging trends in the EdTech domain.
  • Oversee multichannel campaigns encompassing digital advertising, social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing to generate leads and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize tactics based on analytic insights to ensure exceptional ROI.
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop compelling marketing materials and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
  • Regularly report on campaign metrics to stakeholders highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in performance-based marketing management ideally within the EdTech industry or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in devising and executing data-driven marketing strategies with a focus on customer acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing data and refining campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels including social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and content marketing.
