About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Hireo. As a Marketing Manager - Performance Driven, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive performance-driven marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive performance-driven marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and engagement.
* Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, competitor strategies, and emerging trends in the EdTech domain.
* Oversee multichannel campaigns encompassing digital advertising, social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing to generate leads and conversions.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimise tactics based on analytic insights to ensure exceptional ROI.
* Collaborate with content teams to develop compelling marketing materials and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
* Regularly report on campaign metrics to stakeholders highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in performance-based marketing management ideally within the EdTech industry or related sectors.
* Demonstrated success in devising and executing data-driven marketing strategies with a focus on customer acquisition.
* Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing data and refining campaign performance.
* Proficiency in digital marketing channels including social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and content marketing.
* Exceptional communication skills to convey campaign results effectively to various stakeholders.
