About the Job
We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales division, driving growth and shaping strategic initiatives. As a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales, business development, and key account management within electrical or electronic product sectors, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with major clients, expanding the customer base, and managing strategic initiatives. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a results-driven sales team, ensuring alignment with financial targets and operational budgets.
Requirements
We seek an inspiring and experienced professional with:
- A solid history of success in sales, business development, and key account management within electrical or electronic product sectors.
- Strategic insight to shape the commercial vision of the business while excelling in customer-facing roles.
- Ideally, a background in electrical or electronic qualifications—though seasoned industry professionals are equally encouraged to apply.
What We Offer
The company offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for fast-track career progression and professional growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the electrical and electronic testing equipment industry and be able to drive growth and innovation within the organization.
