Sales and Revenue Director

Brakes is a leading supplier of food and drink products in the UK, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sales and Revenue Director to join our team, who will be responsible for driving business growth and development through the identification and pursuit of new opportunities.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sales growth and developing high-performing teams. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and colleagues, and will work closely with our senior management team to inform business decisions and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their full potential.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and strategies.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and revenue growth, with experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and colleagues.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of £47,000 per year, uncapped bonus potential, car allowance of £5,500 per year or company car, and excellent company benefits.
