Job Title: Community Health Nurse
Location: Medway
Salary: £32,000 - £43,041 per annum
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced NHS nurse to join our team as a Community Health Nurse. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our health visiting team to deliver high-quality public health services in Medway.
Responsibilities:
- To work alongside the health visiting team to plan, implement and evaluate individual and community healthcare programs.
- To lead the delivery of designated public health and health promotion activities.
- To assess, implement and plan services with individual families under the guidance of the health visitor.
- To safeguard client confidentiality by adhering to the Caldicott Principles.
We require a first-level registered nurse (RN, RGN) with a post-registration qualification in a relevant field, e.g., Health Promotion, Child Development. Additionally, you must be able to demonstrate analytical and judgment skills, flexibility, and the ability to develop within the changing needs of the service and clients.
