Electrical and Mechanical Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced M&E Services Manager to join our dynamic team at ITS - Engineering in Surrey.
Estimated Salary: £67,200 - £74,400 per year (dependent on experience)
This role involves leading the full installation process from start to commissioning stage, ensuring that all installations meet the required specifications.
- Quality control and maintenance of accurate commissioning documents are key aspects of this position.
- You will also be responsible for leading the full installation process.
- The successful candidate will have experience in site management, with a minimum of 7 years' experience.
- They should also have SMSTS certification, first aid training, and construction qualifications (NVQ level 6 preferred).
- Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and SharePoint is essential.
- Leading the full installation process from start to commissioning stage.
- Ensuring that all installations meet the required specifications.
- Maintaining accurate commissioning documents.
