Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging proposal content that resonates with clients, driving successful outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless task administration, streamlining the bid process.
  • Author high-quality tender responses that align with evaluation criteria and industry best practices.
  • Review and edit existing materials to elevate bid quality, leading to improved performance.
  • Develop impactful case studies and testimonials highlighting client success stories.
  • Deliver polished, timely submissions to the Bid Manager.
  • Foster a supportive environment, mentoring colleagues and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Curate relevant content and templates in the tender library, staying ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in writing, preferably in grounds maintenance or facilities management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Compensation: An attractive annual salary between £38,750 - £45,000 awaits the successful candidate.

Benefits:
