We are seeking a skilled Senior Tender Specialist to join our team at Empro Consultants.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves crafting high-quality written tender documents for various contracts across diverse sectors. As a key member of our team, you will support our bid processes, collaborate with colleagues, and efficiently manage tasks under strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop tailored proposal content that meets client requirements.
  • Administration duties as part of the bid process, including email management.
  • Author responses for tenders, aligning with evaluation criteria or industry best practices when necessary.
  • Enhance bid quality by reviewing and editing existing materials.
  • Continuously seek high-quality input from internal and external sources for proposal improvement.
  • Assist the franchise network by arranging initial meetings and site visits.
  • Develop case studies and testimonials showcasing our success with clients.
  • Submit completed proposals to the Bid Manager on time, with issue escalation if needed.
  • Provide support and mentorship to team members.
  • Gather feedback from both successful and unsuccessful tenders to enhance future bids.
  • Manage and update content and templates in the tender library.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • Experience in grounds maintenance or facilities management is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of writing experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous office environment experience.
Benefits

This role offers an annual salary of £35,000 - £50,000, with a hybrid working arrangement consisting of three days spent on-site and two days working remotely.
