About This Role

As a seasoned commercial professional, you will be instrumental in delivering cost-effective solutions for EKFB's major infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Team, you will lead on Cost, Value, Productivity, and Cash Flow reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Optimising costs through efficient resource allocation and procurement strategies
  • Managing contract changes, identifying risks, and developing mitigation plans
  • Liaising with stakeholders to provide commercial guidance and support
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and efficiency

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent qualification
  • Membership of a relevant professional institution (CICES, RICS, etc.)
  • Experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively across teams
