About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Insurance Specialist to join our team in Brackley. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of our commercial clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with commercial insurance and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They will also be self-motivated, willing to learn, and enthusiastic about delivering a consistently good experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day enquiries, renewal preparation, cross-selling, and negotiating new policies to existing clients as their businesses change and grow.
  • Ensure existing relationships are renewed and long-term customer relationships are maintained, effectively generating an overall sales growth by retention, cross-sales, and referrals.
  • Review and process amendments to policies arising from changes to cover and circumstance, meeting customer service standards and ensuring cover is appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling (including financial services) and maintain own knowledge and skills to sell professionally and compliantly.

Salary Information:

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
