Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer

At Barclays, we're seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer to join our team. As a key member of our digital landscape, you'll play a crucial role in driving innovation and excellence.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented Java developer with experience in core Java 11, JPA Hibernate, Spring, and event-driven concepts. You'll work with Spring Boot, Angular, and ReactJS, and have a strong understanding of API development using REST and SOAP with Spring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data architectures and pipelines that enable the transfer and processing of durable, complete, and consistent data.
  • Develop and maintain data warehouses and data lakes that manage data volumes and velocity while adhering to security measures.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to build and deploy machine learning models.
  • Partner with other functions and business areas to drive innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • B-Tech, BE, BSc, MCA, or higher with a computer background.
  • Awareness of cloud hosting, including OpenShift Enterprise, AWS, etc.
  • Experience with RDBMS development and SQL skills.
