About the Role

The Family Liaison role at Oakfield House School is a vital position that requires a dedicated and compassionate individual to support students with special educational needs (SEN). As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our SENCO and Assistant Head to provide administrative support, coordinate meetings, and develop strategies to enhance the learning experience of our students.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the SENCO to ensure outstanding outcomes for students with SEN
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to raise the achievement of students with SEN
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student learning support needs
  • Attend meetings with external agencies and ensure documents are personalized and effective

Requirements

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and grade C or above in English or equivalent
