Financial Process Coordinator

Lu4 is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team in Motherwell. This role involves managing and progressing the financial aspects and business processes on a daily basis.
">The ideal candidate will have experience in full end-to-end Accounts Payable, be competent in Microsoft Office, and be looking for a challenge in an exciting role.
- Responsibilities include all communications into the accounts mailbox, handling purchase order logs, preparing payment runs each month on time, preparing and processing sales invoices monthly, credit control, reconciliation including travel and supplier statements, handling petty cash, reviewing contract financials for implementation of new projects, and taking on other financial responsibilities and tasks when required.
- The successful candidate will be qualified by experience (minimum 3 years) or accountancy qualified (with 3 years minimum work experience), with a track record of an excellent standard of work who needs limited supervision, strong organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail with a methodical approach to processes.
