Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Advisor to join our dynamic team at Primary Care Careers. As a key member of our front-line service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient practice operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
  • Manage appointment bookings and provide appointment cards, ensuring timely access to care.
  • Process prescriptions, letters, forms, and other documents with precision and accuracy.
  • Address patient inquiries, resolve problems, and manage complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Inform patients about our practice procedures and help them navigate our services smoothly.
  • Assist new patients in the registration process, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
  • Provide excellent phone support, answering calls promptly and directing them as needed.

About Us

We are a large, semi-rural, dispensing, research, and GP training Practice operating over three surgery sites. We have a fast-growing list size of 22,000 patients and are part of the 5-practice Ketts Oak Primary Care Network.
