About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Trevett Professional Services Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and commercial aspects of new build residential projects across South London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Prepare a monthly Cost Value Report (CVR) by work stream, demonstrating the commercial and financial position of the contract.
  • Cost Control: Monitor all direct costs and overheads, and assist in the management of these costs to ensure profitability is maintained.
  • Subcontractor Management: Procure and fully onboard subcontractors, regularly check and value their work, agree valuations, and produce payment certificates in accordance with subcontract conditions.
  • Contract Administration: Attend contract meetings, produce specific information required for these meetings, and assist Site and Project Managers in identifying and recording variations.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a commercial capacity, working in the Social Housing sector as a principal and/or main contractor across new build schemes. You should have knowledge of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), experience working with typical pricing agreements and frameworks, and experience measuring works, generating and agreeing applications.

You will also have experience reviewing, validating, and approving subcontractor quotations and variations. If you are a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge, please apply for this exciting opportunity.
