As a Mental Health Support Specialist at Academics Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting children with mild to severe learning difficulties in Reigate. This is an excellent opportunity to gain relevant experience, expand your knowledge and skillset, and network with other teams of professionals.

The ideal candidate will be motivated by helping others and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will work closely with the class teacher to provide a learning experience for students and support their individual needs.

You must have the ability to build robust and effective relationships with students, possess a practical approach to meet their needs, and be willing to work 1:1 and in small groups. Safeguarding of students is also essential, and you will ensure this through your actions.

**Estimated salary:** £78-£90 per day. **Part-time roles available.**
