Job Description:

We are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our client's team in Hemel Hempstead. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse to work in a supportive environment and make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with enduring mental health conditions.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care and rehabilitation services for male and female service users. Our client utilises a consultant-led multidisciplinary team approach to deliver collaborative, patient-centred care aimed at enhancing quality of life and promoting independence.

About Our Client:

Our client's facility offers a safe and supportive environment across three gender-specific wards within their 38-bedded locked unit. They specialise in providing care for individuals with Huntington's disease and dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient-focused care
  • Participate in the development of new services and care pathways
  • Support the implementation of the local nursing strategy
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service

Requirements:

  • RNM Qualified
  • Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act
  • Patient-centric with a commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Excellent organisational skills
