Mental Health Nurse - Care and Rehabilitation

Priory Hospital Hemel Hempstead is seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join its multidisciplinary team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals with enduring mental health problems.

The hospital's 38-bedded locked facility provides a safe and supportive environment for male and female service users, offering a range of facilities and specialized care options. You will work collaboratively with our consultant-led multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care, focusing on improving the quality of life and achieving independence for our service users.

The role requires an RMN-qualified professional with excellent organizational capability, effective communication skills, and a strong 'can-do' attitude. You will participate in the development of new services and care pathways, supporting the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy and engaging in continuous quality improvement.

Priory Healthcare offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual salary of £34,900, plus a £3000 welcome bonus, free on-site parking, and fully funded DBS.
