In this role, you will be responsible for leading organisation design projects from end-to-end, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

With a deep understanding of organisational dynamics and change management principles, you will be able to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and build high-performing teams.

You will also be expected to contribute to the development of our thought leadership and intellectual property, ensuring that our expertise remains at the forefront of industry trends.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and make a lasting impact on our business and the wider market.

About the Role

  • $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with regular travel required
  • Opportunity to develop into a Director role and become an equity owner in the business

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead organisation design projects from end-to-end, delivering high-impact solutions for clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Contribute to the development of our thought leadership and intellectual property
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to ensure their growth and success

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in organisation design and transformation
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through innovative solutions
  • Strong understanding of organisational dynamics and change management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certification in Organisation Design Professional (CODP) or equivalent
