Graduate Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our award-winning team at Vantage Consulting. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process within a specialist market.
Key Responsibilities- Assess job specifications and create compelling job advertisements
- Qualify and screen candidates through phone and video interviews
- Manage the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Build and maintain a network of clients and candidates, fostering strong relationships
- Gain in-depth market knowledge and leverage it to grow market share
- Pitch for retained business, showcasing your expertise and value proposition
To succeed in this role, you will be a driven, personable, and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for sales and recruitment. While sales experience is beneficial, it is not essential. You should be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas
- A thirst for knowledge and self-development, with a desire to continuously improve
- Creativity and a willingness to innovate, thinking outside the box to solve problems
