As the successful Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process within a specialist market.

Qualify and screen candidates over the phone and through video
Build and maintain a network of clients and candidates
To be successful for the role of Graduate Recruitment Consultant you'll be driven, personable and have an entrepreneurial mindset. Be creative and seek innovation

Please note, this is an office-based role so successful candidates must be able to commute to our office in Stafford on a full-time basis.
