The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. You'll build and maintain a network of clients and place candidates in some of the most profitable recruitment sectors in the world.

You'll assess job specs and create adverts, qualify and screen candidates over the phone and through video, manage interview and offer processes, gain specialist market information, and leverage it to grow market share. You'll also pitch for retained business.

To be successful in this role, you'll be highly driven and able to build strong relationships, ideally within a sales environment. You should also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Please note that this is an office-based role, and successful candidates must be able to commute to our office in Stafford on a full-time basis.
